Our Process

quality-focussed process delivering high quality results

Our process draws from the skills of different people. Together they make up a dedicated team, working to deliver quality work for our customers.

Service

We take the time to listen and understand your requirements. We work with you during the estimating stage.

Preparation

Surface preparation is crucial for a quality finish. We generally use Garnet 30 – 60 abrasive sand for our sandblasting, which is a fine grade. For more see What is Sandblasting?

Priming

Some items require a primer to help with the longevity of the paint. This can include Electro Galvanized (EG) Steel, outdoor items, ute trays, bull bars, plant stands and more.

Application

Dry powder is sprays using an electrostatic spray gun. This occurs in contolled booths by skilled tradespeople. For more see: What is Powdercoating?

Curing and Cooling

Powdercoat is cured by controlled baking in extremely high temperatures. Different colours require different temperatures and lengths of time for the powder to set.

Once given time to properly cool, items are then ready for the final stage before delivery to the customer.

Quality Control

Strict Quality Control procedures are in place to ensure that customers are satisfied with their job, first time – every time!
